我講具體一點好了
假如有兩個不同薪資的員工
A員工:月薪二~四萬
B員工:月薪五~六萬
勞健保都含在薪資裡 想要扣除勞健保的費用
A用列舉扣除額的話 不會比標準扣除額好 因此無法扣除勞健保的費用
B用列舉扣除額的話 另外再加上其他可列舉項目 會划算 因此可以扣除勞健保的費用
這樣A員工不就被格外課勞健保的稅?
比較合理的應該是 標準扣除額=原標準扣除額+勞健保的費用
畢竟現在公司所謂的代扣只是在你薪資中扣除勞健保的費用
不是格外給你一筆錢拿來繳勞健保的費用
就是說比較合理的應該是 薪資=原薪資+勞健保的費用
政府應該要重視公司將勞健保的費用從勞工薪資代扣這部份
畢竟這兩項費用我們畢竟沒有用到 還要課稅 真的很奇怪
