英譯專利常見用語疑問 - 專利

首先，先謝謝大家的回答!!非常感謝!!
因為是舉例，有些地方描述得不是很恰當，再偷一點上班時間補充修改。若造成
各位原先的誤解，還請見諒。 ^^"
又，主要是關於動詞、and、標點等文法的疑慮，沒有很多時間詳細考慮用語，
還請各位見諒。

※ 引述《sherrypure (從前從前有一隻小喵咪)》之銘言：
: 2.一固定裝置，設於該基座及該墊體之間，適於可拆式地結合該基座及該墊體
: (1)a fastening device, disposed between the base and the pad,

: 以上面的翻譯來說，先不論英文譯詞是否精準或正確，上面的幾種寫法
: 哪個才是正確的呢?為什麼?各自有什麼不一樣的解釋?
: (我自己在這邊還有一個疑惑是，element之後加V-ing或V-ed時，
: 兩者之間要不要逗點?)
這邊的temporarily請先視為detachably，昨天午餐吃太飽，有點眼花忘了改。

: 3.element A, ....; element A, ....;
: element B, ....; element B, ....,
: wherein ..... wherein ....
: 左邊跟右邊，哪種寫法才對? 簡言之，wherein前是用分號還是逗號?
這邊的wherein是用來描述特徵，描述的內容可能是前述元件譬如所產生的訊號
間的關係，所以併入任何一個element的描述，可能都不是很恰當，所以才會
採取另外分一段的方式。

: 4.(1)element A, disposed between element B and element C, the element A
: generating a signal, and the element B transmitting a ....;
: (2)element A, disposed between element B and element C, the element A
: generating a signal, the element B transmitting a ....;
: 上面兩個句子差別在於最後一個子句前面是否有and，關於這兩種寫法，我自
: 己是覺得前者比較對。
這邊舉的例子不太好，使大家誤解了。下面我再重新提一個。 ^^"
(某附屬項的其中一個元件)
(1)two elastomers, each having an opening and a through hole
corresponding to the embedding holes, the elastomers enclosing the
embedding portions with the openings respectively, and the
projections being inserted into the through holes and the
embedding holes respectively.
(2)two elastomers, each having an opening and a through hole

embedding holes respectively.

其實從the elastomers enclosing ... 開始用wherein改寫可以解決這一個問題。
但僅就上面兩個用法來選擇呢?

另例：an elastomer being shaped as a flat piece and having a through
hole corresponding to the front hole, and the front projection being
inserted through the through hole and the front hole;
