興富發首季光是賣地獲利進帳17.9億元,每股挹注1.53元;法人表示,興富發今年預計新
屋完工金額達180.78億元,且手中成屋約110億元左右待售,今年業績確定優於去年表現

去年新屋完工金額僅63.77億元的興富發建設,今年一開春就積極衝刺業績,手中位於台
北市南港中視後方的1,625.94坪土地,再以52.35億元賣給亞昕國際、新潤興業、海悅國
際等三家業者後,處分利益達17.9億元,每股挹注約1.53元,預計今年首季入帳。
興富發建設副總暨發言人廖昭雄表示,去年和今年公司有短暫進入營運空窗,以今年來說
,新屋完工金額約180.78億元,明年估計有267.38億元,到2022年營運恢復過去常軌、新
屋完工量達481.43億元,2023年更達788.5億元。
廖昭雄說,若把五年新屋完工量合計高達1,781.86億元,平均五年來看,每年完工量約
356.31億元,依舊符合公司營運腳步。
展望今年,興富發在有售地利益貢獻,加上新屋完工約180.78億元挹注,今年營運不淡。
