興富發(2542)今天(12日)拋出超級震撼彈!宣布高雄「悅誠廣場」,將在8月31日熄
燈,終結集團首度跨足百貨商場處女作的營運;興富發建設副總經理廖昭雄今天傍晚表示
,會作出這個重大決定,主要是因為疫情爆發,短期之內應該不會結束、也看不到盡頭,
因此長痛不如短痛,結束營業。
今天興富發公告,代100%持有的子公司「博元建設股份有限公司」公告,茲因COVID-19
疫情影響,董事會決議預計於8月31日之後,終止高雄「悅誠廣場」營運。
興富發公告,至於悅誠廣場的相關員工,將依法令解僱或轉調至其他單位;資產設備、裝
潢設備及物料備品擬依相關規定進行出售或報廢。 廖昭雄表示,董事會授權董事長全權
處理停業計畫及執行相關事務。
悅誠廣場為興富發集團首度跨界到百貨商場的第一個開發案,地點位於高雄位於民族一路
、大順一路口,佔地面積4,053坪,營業面積1.18萬坪,為地上3樓、地下2層的社區型百
貨公司,原本是「大統新世紀」百貨公司的舊址。
看好高雄消費實力,興富發跨足百貨商場,第一站就插旗高雄,於2019年6月開始試營運
,當時是以每年4,500萬元租金,向地主和房東東南水泥(1110)、國產實業(2504),
承租15年。
去年11月,興富發更大手筆豪砸23.5億元,房客直接升級為「悅誠廣場」的房東!買下國
產實業位於高雄的「悅誠廣場」五成產權,包括土地及建物各五成,包括土地1/2產權持
分面積約2,026.95坪,建物1/2產權持分面積約6,032.25坪。
未料營運不久,就碰到疫情考驗,「悅誠廣場」如今宣布下半年8月底將要熄燈,震撼市
場。
