請問下有人這樣操作嗎
因為家裡有間無貸款的房子，目前問到短期週轉貸款利率是1.26%（每月利息約1萬多），
額度1500萬，想趁美金跌到30元左右時，換成50萬美金買公司債（目前看到投資型等級殖
利率約5%）。
目前想到的操作模式是找間配息率5%左右，買入價貼近面額的債券（每年扣除貸款成本1.
26%，淨賺約3%多），若持有幾年後市場價格高於買入價則伺機賣出（賺配息跟價差）,若
不幸買在高點則持有到期還面額，不知道這樣的投資策略會有什麼沒注意到的風險～～
