站上月季線買進 VS XX元不買現在才買? - 股票

一直以來對於股價有個問題
常看有人的進場依據是股價站穩月線或季線買進
以台GG為例,現價215,月季線(211跟209)都站上了
此時一定有人會跳出來說,206(除權後低點)的時候你不買,現在才買
股價都漲一波了,不然就是各種低成本路過
成本60元路過,感謝抬轎之類(板上超多這種=.= 都搞不清楚什麼時候能買到這低價)
到底誰是對誰是錯?
懇請大大解惑...
