租辦公室要跟房東拿發票? - 稅務

我租了一個小辦公室, 因為我還沒有登記為公司,
所以我是用我個人的名字在租這個辦公室,
有人跟我說, 我應該跟房東拿發票, 這樣才能報稅,
可是房東跟我說他這辦公室是個人擁有, 他也不是公司,
所以沒有發票...
這..我該跟他拿...收據嗎??
我是第一次租房子, 這樣收據可以拿來報稅嗎?
房東人很好, 他也是第一次當房東,
剛好湊在一起, 我們兩個都不太懂.. ^^;
