理律律師事務所法律前專員劉偉杰13年前盜賣客戶美商新帝公司30億元聯電股票，透過地
下匯兌、購買鑽石等洗錢手法將贓款洗到海外後，在男性密友林岑偉（37歲）協助下易容
並攜手潛逃香港後轉往中國，雙雙遭通緝，其中林男通緝時效至去年5月30日屆滿，已處
分不起訴。至於劉男通緝時效也在日前屆滿，台北地檢署今天偵結，處分不起訴。
2003年10月間，理律卻爆發盜賣客戶資產的重大醜聞，震驚國內外，當時理律專員劉偉杰
利用職務之便，將新帝託管價值30億元的聯電股票盜賣一空，事後利用地下匯兌及透過銀
樓向國外購買高價鑽石等方式洗錢，並在理律察覺弊端之前，和男密友林岑偉一起潛逃出
境，至今下落不明，劉偉杰也因此被列為十大通緝要犯。(呂志明／台北報導)

台灣人偷幹外資的股票賣出，這樣在資料上就會顯示外資大賣嗎?
這樣看籌碼的不就被尬翻惹。
查了一下13年前大概是2004年聯電股價，大概在20~30之間，朝爽DER
30億!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
