A在新北市購買成交價1850萬
貸款預計7成,自備款約555萬
房地現值416萬
預計由A出面簽約
直接登記A的兒子
資金全由父母出資幫忙付自備款
現在問題在於:
1.資金要怎麼匯款?可以直接匯555萬進履保專戶嗎?還是有其他安全分流方式?
2.會不會影響日後出售的房地合一稅額呢?
請教專業的大大了
