請問股市怎樣不用看盤,可以一年穩定5-8%,持續20年
那一只標的...請告訴我
20年後小弟一定把利潤20%捐給慈善機構
房和股其實都一樣,求的就是投資報酬率
但不一樣的是...
不動產的穩定性高,不會一個月就崩個30%...
如果眼光好,一個月漲30%都可能..
但股票就不一樣了,今天市場一不爽,可能就連跌10天,你辛辛苦苦配的息都白費了..
想10多年前的南電,一路從70崩到33..
10多年後才又回來...或是您推海外的RDS
我朋友3年前65買入吧,約買了300萬,配息一年約10%
結果今年就....本金就賠了1半
約還有150萬,然後配息約90萬
還倒賠了60萬台票...
不動產的話不太可能在短短1個月內變這樣
所以不動產和股市各有好壞...不要重壓那邊就好
