海外線上刷卡-持卡者風險確認刷回流程 - 信用卡

近日在國外網站刷卡，但收到回信表示會刷回一筆小額數字

然後在回信告知金額為多少，以確認刷卡者為本人持有。

(目前有先向銀行確認，店家尚未請款)

想問大家在網上刷卡時是否有遇到這樣事情? 還是我對信件認知錯誤?

若有，通常信用卡的銀行系統要幾個工作天才會顯示呢?
