國發會本週將發布3月景氣燈號,由於出口續創新高、內需也恢復強勁下,預估將亮出第
二顆象徵景氣熱絡的紅燈。行政院主計總處本週則將公布第一季GDP(國內生產毛額)概
估,可望優於先前預估的6.2%。
暌違10年,2月台灣景氣燈號亮起紅燈,綜合判斷分數一口氣飆升至40分,是近32年來最
高;構成景氣燈號的9項指標中,已有7項落在紅燈,非農就業人口雖然仍停留在藍燈,但
是勞動市場表現向來較為落後,預期隨景氣復甦,將逐漸回復疫情前水準。
此外,景氣領先、同時指標也持續上升,代表國內經濟持續走強。國發會主委龔明鑫預估
,今年上半年景氣燈號可望一路亮出代表景氣熱絡的「紅燈」,全年經濟成長率將「坐4
望5」。
今年GDP成長 有機會上修至5%
主計總處本週將公布第一季GDP概估,由於出口、消費以及投資全面衝高,外界預期第一
季GDP可望上修,而今年GDP成長也有機會上修至5%,創2011年以來最佳紀錄。
主計總處2月公布台灣去年經濟成長率為3.11%,在全球主要經濟體中名列前茅,不僅是全
球前30大經濟體之冠,也超車中國,當時主計總處將今年經濟成長上修至4.64%,預估第
一至四季GDP成長6.2%、7.16%、3.19%、2.44%。
不過,近來中經院、台經院陸續上修今年經濟成長至4.8%與5.03%,台經院以「聞G起五」
形容今年景氣。台經院表示,去年基期偏低、美中(G2)經濟反彈、資通訊5G起飛、各國
基建、台積電帶動投資,成為國內首家預測今年GDP超過5%的研究機構

3月的景氣燈號估續亮紅燈,第一季經濟成長率估可上修到6.2%, 2021全年則可望破5%,
較2020年3.11%更佳,且也是近10年最高。
