大部分人真的買不起房子嗎?
其實很多區域都還有幾百萬的房子, 甚至離精華區開車只要一小時
但喊買不起房子的, 絕大多數根本就瞧不起這些房
他們想買的就是精華區或是會漲的房子
像這篇文章的發文者, 一直講以後供過於求, 租金會崩, 大家搶著出售
到底是哪個區域供過於求, 問他也不講
是啦, 我相信30年後基隆山上房子會供過於求沒人要租
但你要租嗎?你也不要吧
