問題:

問 reducing 1. the minimum wage or 2. the time and costs to open a business

哪一個可以使 長期AS曲線往右移?

我的想法:

我認為都可以 但答案是只有2.可以使AS右移

我自己是想 題目的意思應該是一開始的最低工資是在均衡點之上(因為那個high字)

所以今天調降最低工資 會有較多的勞動力投入生產 使得AS右移

不知道我的想法是否有誤
