業務員買保險之前,很勤勞,有問必答,
可是買了保險簽約一年後,有問題想找他,
很難找,找到了,處理上也覺得很不夠仔細,
真的很不滿,如果向公司投訴的話,公司會參考而處理嗎?
還是覺得是客戶的問題?
很生氣想解約,覺得對自己也不好,
可以請公司換業務員嗎?若換業務員,那原本保單的佣金利潤,
是不是原來的那位也務員還是照拿?如果這樣,那業務員
只要負責招攬,等簽了約,不就高枕無憂了?
