我覺得這論點蠻搞笑der
要算這種東西
我拿2014到現在的房價指數
跟股票隨便啥的指數
房價大概被幹爆
很簡單
房價跟大盤漲跌不一定有關
超長期統計上是正相關喇
一般韭韭拿買房跟買股比
因為股票輸多賺少
所以覺得房子起碼不太跌
在怎樣也有房子住
省惹房租
也解決惹某些人生問題
例如家人老婆親戚靠北之類der
不然就是某些菜雞房地產投資客覺得收租很穩
麻台灣那種廢到笑的頭報率我也不知道該怎摸說
一般程度的
大概就靠房客撐房貸
然後$$拿來炒股or繼續炒房
基本上一般程度的當下也是$$主要集中在股市惹
現主時房地產的漲幅吸引力還是不太高
專家級的當然就看他專門在哪
炒房的一定繼續炒房
市況不好就靠收租混
頂多小錢買買股票
炒股的就炒股就好
沒是多弄房地產只是自尋煩惱
簡單建議當然是
專注做尼最擅長的
想到葛有趣的例子

好像沒念大學

現在大概30 身家總值大概10M鎂
30歲前10M矽谷大概沒幾人辦得到
大部分人也要40附近才有機會
