但有聽沒有懂

說餘額會在卡片日期到時(2020年了)
退回信用卡帳戶
可是這張卡剪了
基本上已經沒有國泰的任何卡了...
想請問
有人遇過這種情況嗎
餘額會怎麼退回呢??
