因業務疏失,造成保戶權益受損,該怎麼做? - 保險

我幫朋友代PO文章
去年年底為了整理自身的保險,
委託某保險經紀公司的業務,
稱她為X小姐好了,
購買前X小姐相當熱心, 溝通良好.
陸陸續續買了意外險,醫療日額, 醫療實支實付等等保險組合.
(防癌之前就有了, 重疾自己到彰銀買法巴 )
買到最後一張時(實支實付),
態度就變很多了,
變得很敷衍.
實支實付是今年2月底委託投保的,
結果到了3月底都還沒下來,
X小姐不但沒主動協助我追蹤保單進度,
每次還是我打電話問她, 她才想起來
回應也都虛應了事,
都說好好好, 查完跟我說!
結果就都沒下文,
就這樣晃點我好多次,
到了4月中, 我又打電話給她詢問進度,
她才跟我說 ”~忘了告訴我沒有過~”
我詢問 "為何沒過?"
X小姐說是 ”保額過高”~
我心裡非常疑惑
(該保險公司我投保的醫療日額才3000, 再加買個實支實付怎會保額過高?)
我自己打客服詢問原因,
承辦人員告知~
3/3收到加保附約單~審核發現要保人簽名樣式不符 (要保人是我先生, 字太醜)
3/5退件
所以X小姐3月初就知道退件,
不但沒即時跟我講實際狀況, 讓我可以及時重送,
還自己編造理由敷衍我.
很不巧的,
我4月中因身體不適,
在醫院做了門診手術,
因為X小姐的敷衍,
不但讓我少了這張實支實付的理賠,
(2/27投保, 3/5退件, 假設3/6重送, 過了1個月等待期, 4月底申請理賠應該沒問題)
還因此被延誤我重新投保的時機,
(承保人員告知, 因有申請理賠, 建議理賠過後3個月再投保)
在這樣的狀況下,
我能跟該保經公司要求賠償嗎?
因為沒遇過這樣的情況
希望各位前輩教導一下
事情還沒有結束,
4月底, 委託X小姐協助處裡理賠事項,
一共有四家保險公司的理賠,
收到前三間保險理賠時,
致電X小姐表明想了解理賠明細,
X小姐再度須應了事, 答應後就沒下文。
而第四家保險公司的理賠,
過了兩個禮拜遲遲沒下文,
到了5月中
我又致電X小姐,
X小姐還是回應處理中,
然後就完全沒消息了..........
直到我自己致電該人壽客服,
客服卻回應並無收到任何理賠申請,
我又被X小姐晃點了.
她根本就沒幫我送件
前兩天把事件原委整理了一下,
寫了投訴信,
也打了投訴電話,
投訴信件是沒回,
但打客服投訴時, 該公司法務人員有給我回應,
承諾會將X小姐的懲處結果讓我知道,
但其實我一點也不在意,
我只想要更換業務人員,
以及得到補償,
因為沒經驗
希望各位前輩能給我一點意見, 若我的想法有錯, 也請糾正我
