借題請教一下最近有申請過嘉信debit card的網友
我於4/25在信息中心上傳完申請表格後
就一直沒有下文(之前看別人的網誌說申請成功嘉信會寄信e-mail通知申請過了)
5/5就再發一次訊息給客服
然後5/9收到回覆:
We are currently working on processing your debit card and checks that you
requested. If you would like to have the debit card and checks sent express
international mail with a tracking number, please call us toll-free from
Taiwan at 00801-13-6758.
請問這是要主動再撥免費電話去要求寄過來
或是繼續等待, 完成後他會自己寄過來?
