雖然 在板上看過很多類似討論
看遇到 還是很生氣
不知道是業務員的問題 還是公司教育訓練的問題
客戶之前全家每個都買一張新x的投資型
有的年繳六萬 有的十二萬
到二年繳費時間過了很久 業務一直不來收保費
結果打電話催好多次才來 業務還說
這種保單很彈性 沒錢繳可以先不繳...鬼勒 誰說沒錢
繳費的時候 還跟客戶要保單 結果第二年都用增額
啊 客戶完全不知道 業務員說 這樣扣的費用比較少
鬼勒 那幹嘛第一年不直接買單筆
這樣除了對業務的佣金有益....還有別的考量嗎??
而且 說法是繳六年 第十年保證領回42萬9.....是怎樣(6萬/年)
繳六年?? 保證??
費用在事前完全沒溝通 很多人收到保單績效才知道繳的十二萬剩沒多少
這時候業務才說 所以才用增額 不然就是 那放著不繳也可以
真的不知道該說什麼....當我們很努力 跟客戶溝通費用問題 長期持有問題
卻有業務員可以這樣推銷投資型
另外想問 x光的投資型 一定要年繳嗎??
續期保費 一定要由業務員收嗎??
