北京轉機至瑞典不便險問題 - 保險

去年12月買了今年6月底出發 中國國航台北經北京轉機至瑞典的機票
現在不知到6月底疫情會如何
想請問一下，如果擔心機票被取消，導致要重新訂票改從其他地方轉機去瑞典
現在保那家不便險會有理賠的
本來要保國泰產險，但看已經現在保不賠了
"2.主管機關宣布為疫區（旅遊警示橙色）後投保者，旅程取消、旅程延誤
及旅程縮短等項目，因投保前保險事故已發生，將無法理賠。"
想保富邦，目前富邦是沒看到相關的公告，不知保富邦如果遇到機票被取消的情況
富邦會有理賠嗎?
或是目前那家會有理賠，而且目前還能保的
