台北市尼要買捷運不太遠的

往南到石牌士林那圈就漲到8X萬惹
簡單講1500萬尼要買在台北市還是沒問題喇
然後捏
"10年內的中古屋"
尼在平均屋齡差不多30年的台北市
想要跟人家搶 "10年內的中古屋"
尼應該想想自己收入水準在哪
台北市的家庭收入捏

台北市家戶平均所得184萬
第一等分位 73萬
第二等分位 126萬
第三等分位 162萬
第四等分位 214萬
第五等分位 355萬
簡單講尼夫妻倆都普通公務員
在台北大概就後面三十幾趴
後面喔謝謝
更恐怖的地方來惹
355萬那一圈 大概有四成多的收入沒花掉
按台灣人的個性喇
會買股票這種風險偏的比例還4比較少
大半還是拿去買房惹
台北這種地方還有一堆看所得統計不到的數據
反正這裡又不是房版
我就懶得提惹
真不知道該說捨摸捏
