抱怨文長慎入
今天去兆豐也遇到超扯的行員!
只是我今天去的是民生分行,深深覺得他們的行員很需要教育訓練,
但我已經想轉走關帳戶了...
我因為多年未登網銀,忘記網銀的使用者代號跟密碼今天去申請重設,
一進去跟門口守衛說明要申辦網銀業務,
守衛躊躇了半晌不知道要抽哪一方面的號碼給我,最後還是去問行員才抽了台幣業務號碼
進去輪到我時,我先跟行員A說明我忘記了網銀的代號跟密碼,要申請重設
行員A:我們網銀需要代號喔?不是身分證就好了
我:...你們的網頁跟app都有需要輸入代號的空格
行員A:真的嗎,不好意思我去問一下
這時候我就有點無言了,但還是當做她可能剛來不熟悉
然後她就去找了附近的行員B
行員B先稍微念了行員A 一下
然後請我拿出身分證 並請行員A去拿重設密碼申請單
後來發現我當初辦的時候是用印鑑 現在沒有印鑑是無法重辦的
我:過了很多年,我目前已經無法確定是用哪個印鑑了,而且我今天也沒帶
行員A:那你需要我畫給你嗎?
我:(你畫我要等多久 而且我也不一定看的懂...) 不用了,那你可以跟我說我的代號嗎
?我回去再試試看密碼
行員A: 好
然後她就抄了我的戶頭"帳號"給我...
我:我是說網路銀行的使用者代號,不是我戶頭的帳號
這時行員B看不下去過來問行員A在幹嘛啦
然後說她幫我查
查完後她就當眾念了一組數字說是我的代號 (當時隔壁櫃都還有其他客人)
我:...我相信你剛剛說的那組數字比較像是是我的密碼而不是代號
行員B:怎麼可能,如果是密碼我怎麼看的到
此時我真的很想爆炸,不管是代號或密碼你都不該當眾念出來吧
然後行員B又回去查一下才手寫了一張說是我的代號的紙給我
然後請我跟她去旁邊的電腦用網路ATM 可以在上面改密碼
我其實已經在家登過網路ATM查詢使用者代號了,
但上面說我以前申辦的時候沒有輸入email 所以無法查詢要到分行辦理
然後終於得知了使用者代號,然後用網路ATM換了密碼
(在操作的當下行員B一直站在我旁邊,別人在輸入密碼的時候,稍微迴避一下不是常識
嗎???)
換完之後我就順便問了行員B說 如果我要申請網銀非約轉的話是ATM操作就好了 還是要再
去櫃台辦理
行員B:用行動app轉的話要另外申請一組密碼喔
我:??? (黑人問號 我剛剛不是問網銀嗎)
我:我是說網銀非約轉的申請
行員B:喔 你不是沒印鑑 那不能申請
我:那行動app上的轉帳要申請密碼嗎?
行員B:要吧 但應該就是不同的吧
我:那一樣是要印鑑櫃台申請嗎?還是ATM操作就可以了?
行員B:嗯??
我:沒事,算了
此時,我已經放棄跟這兩個行員溝通了
我只想快速離開,不想跟他們有進一步的接觸
我解約!! 我解約總行了吧!!!
(但是去別家分行解,這家我無法再踏進去一步)
