主約已有健康險部份，還需有多保健康險附約嗎 - 保險

最近已繳了三年保費，重新檢視了一下保單內容。
主約：南山人壽康祥一生終身保險 B 型(NDDL)，保額20萬
附約中有一項：南山人壽終身醫療健康保險附約，2000(單位嗎?)
那我想要把「南山人壽終身醫療健康保險附約」拿掉
不知道對我的保障的影響在那裡呢?
看起來附約與主約中都有癌症疾病保險金、特定重大疾病保險金，
殘廢豁免保險費，就不知道兩種差在那裡了
