分享兩條今天中國發出來比較大的消息
1. 今天上海政府發布從5/15開始要逐步解封

上海是汽車上下游很大的一個製造基地,除了知名的特斯拉,還有中國本土的整車公司像上
汽集團、小鵬,或是關鍵汽車零組件的聯合汽車電子(這家聯電不是台灣聯電)。
像是台廠一堆在昆山的工廠,比較大的像是廣達的達豐、緯創、欣興很早就開工了。
但因為封城,縱使貨做得出來,運輸成本拉到高兩三倍,所以貨出不去。逐步解封後,物流
成本下降,一直卡著的供應鏈應該就能慢慢恢復。
後續可以關注一直交不出車的汽車業,台廠的跟汽車供應鏈有關的公司,讓美國CPI下不來?
的新車跟二手車,在二三季或許可以回落下來。
另外在河北鄭州,今天也發新聞說開放堂食,應該是也開始要逐漸放開的訊號,按照鴻海前
幾天法說提到,雖然他們有知道要囤貨,但運輸成本還是很高,鄭州最知名的台廠富士康,
成本問題應該能解決。
補個題外話:鴻海法說有說到既使想把工廠從中國分散到東南亞或是印度,但他們也承認在
管理上有難度。
逛一下微博可以發現,這世界上比台灣人更奴更好用又便宜的,只有中國人了。上述這些工
廠都是用他們說的*閉環運作*,就是吃喝拉撒加上睡覺都關在園區內,比起台灣的輪班星人
,至少還能半夜回家看著入睡的老婆小孩默默哭。

2. 中國政府發布下調房貸利率

過去在中國買房要準備3-3成五的頭期款,房貸利率都是5%以上,但因為疫情一直封城影響?
房子賣不出去,景氣不好沒人敢買房子,所以今天發布要調降利率(調完一樣很高….)
許多二線有潛力的城市也放鬆買房限制,要刺激房市

為了党今年目標5.5%的GDP增長,中國經濟火車頭應該是又要再次發車了,下半年應該會推?
多的刺激政策,或是基建狂魔再次現身。
台廠跟蓋房子或是基建有關的產業,原物料像是鋼鐵、玻璃,說不定能不要再跌了….
