第一接觸客戶的總是特別的辛酸呀
大家如果都按照規矩來
一定方便的許多
可是為什麼不要呢
好比排隊好了,這是很簡單的事,先來後到的道理
卻還是有許多人想插隊
原因是為什麼就是想趕時間
難道只有他的時間是時間嗎
在銀行有看到過,可能是認識銀行裡的人吧
打聲招呼就先處理了,自然的就插隊了
另一邊呆呆的人等待是為了什麼
現在有領號碼,情況是改善了許多
身為客戶或身為行員主管都能照程序來,當然就不會有人想亂來
如果你對於親朋好友來辦事都能叫他們按照程序排隊一步一步來
那碰到有奧客
你也不用怕了
