註冊後且將資料驗證一併寄送過後，大約一個禮拜後收到以下信件內容，請問這樣算是開
戶成功要等PIN碼了嗎？還是還是驗證通過呢？謝謝大大們～
信件標題：New Account Application(好像不是出現Welcome to TD…)
信件大概內容：
A welcome package with all your account information was sent to you via US Mai
l the day after your account was opened.
Please be aware that it can take a few weeks to receive this information as i
t is being sent overseas.
