各位先進朋友大家好，小弟不才，最近遇到朋友介紹Simple Digital Solution 簡稱 SDS
這間設立於英國的外匯公司。
他是說每月獲利有3%，最低要存入30000鎂金。
我現在手邊有這筆錢，但很猶豫到底要不要存入，有上網找過相關資訊（外匯101等網站
），說他是一個黑平台；但在FCA/FDRC貼上公司名稱，確實有這間公司存在，朋友也說他
確實有領到錢，今年九月打算在出金5000鎂）
小弟幾個問題想跟大家請教：
1.請問有朋友聽過這間公司，或有投資過的嗎？
2.如果每月利息真的有3%，而且確實可以如期出金，領這些錢會犯法？
