現在國內房價多頭市場幾已確立,加上全球房價與地產類股
依然普遍創新高,由於現階段全球經濟主要靠資產與原物料價格增值撐起,
台灣低利低稅環境短期內不易改變,且政府為了經濟對房市態度開始轉而中性偏多,
房市可望有源源不絕買盤支撐下,預期今年台灣房價漲幅可能達到7-10%之多,
甚至可能突破2013年歷史高點,考慮房市走多不會只有一年,
通常是好幾年,而且多以三年20%以上的速度上漲,
建議想要投資或存買房頭款的多頭避險者可以買進任何一檔REITS,
風險小,但是獲利空間不見得小
4. 進退場機制：買進長期持有就對了,存買房頭款者可以定期定額買進,
待買房時再退場
