gouging law and critique the law using basic micro economic tools. Based on
your economic analysis, state whether you think these price gouging laws are

Price gouging 是指商家在颱風季節哄抬價位的行為
基本上我覺得這項法條設置的很好
為了一般民眾而設限價格是很好的考量
但石油這項東西並不會因為颱風來而減量不是嗎?
人民不太會因為石油的漲幅而做太大的反應
因為無論油價的高低 它對某些人來說還是一項必需品
另外 針對供應商方面
如果在美國佛州被限制售價 商人是否會價低在佛州設點的意願
就像Price Ceiling有可能造成企業出走那樣?
