PayPal刷卡問題 - 信用卡

今天收到一封來自PayPal的信

內容說
You sent a payment of $149.49 USD to Scott. Harper

Thanks for using PayPal. To see all the transaction details, log in to your
PayPal account.

不過我從來沒有註冊過PayPal

剛剛上PayPal網頁輸入自己信箱

網頁也顯示"我們找不到你的電子郵件"


我有用中華郵政VISA卡刷過幾次國外購物網站

不過沒有使用過PayPal

想要請問若是這樣也有可能被盜刷嗎?
