Paypal退郵政visa的問題 - 信用卡

本魯一小時前不小心在國外網站刷了175美金

由於我是經過Paypal付款，根據該網站(Opskin)上寫到的

"PayPal payments are only refundable back to the PayPal account they
originated from. If a user closes their PayPal account and later wants a
PayPal payment refunded to a different payment method, they will not be able
to receive a refund."

所以我的款項應該會退到Paypal帳戶內，我的問題是我應該怎麼將Paypal中的錢提出來

我並沒有玉山銀行帳號，只有郵局帳號

這樣是不是代表我無法將Paypal中的錢領出來？

還是有其他辦法可以領出來？有人知道應該怎麼做嗎？請告訴我，謝謝

我一個學生突然少了五千多塊真的很麻煩QQ
