oxy這個move大概有幾點可以提
第一個是大家普遍看好認股權證上NYSE交易後價格會在10塊以上
畢竟這七年內任何時間任何股價你都可以行使用22元買進的權利 超爽der
第二個是之所以發1/8大概可以這樣理解
oxy本來年股息是3.16現在cut成0.04每股少了3.12
乘以8接近25 所以估計漲到47塊才補得回少掉的股利 這也大概是年初的價格水準
第三是oxy最近用各種方式要提高現金流 這也是其中一招
等於不定期的用22塊增發新股 又能讓原有股東爽到
另外在標售wyoming的資產 是從anadarko deal拿到的
第四是Carl icahn持股增為年初的四倍
最大股東Dodge & Cox也增持了近三千萬股(+33.58%)
