我人在外面，有點空閒時間，但是這個問題在我的記憶中有點模糊，提一下幾個還記得
的部份。

1、在印象中，可以把Philips curve看作AS線，是Lucas的想法。AS的形狀是正斜率
表示一般物價不斷的上昇，產出不斷的增加，也表示失業會減少，這樣就可以
導出通貨膨脹率與失業反向關係的Philips curve。AS的形狀為垂直線表示
不管物價如何的的變動，產出都不改變，這也表示所對應的Philips curve是
垂直線。
結論： AS為正斜率線，則Philips curve為負斜率線
AS為垂直線， 則Philips curve為垂直線

2、一般分類：短期 AS 為正斜率線； 所以 短期的Philips curve為負斜率線
長期 AS 為垂直線 ； 所以 長期的Philips curve為垂直線

3、長期的衝擊，對經濟體系有永久性的影響，不僅會改變短期的經濟，也會改變
長期的經濟；短期的衝擊，只會改變短期的經濟，而不會改變長期經濟。

4、負面的衝擊會使 AS左移 、Philips curve右移；正面的衝擊會使AS右移、
Philips curve左移。

綜合上面

第一題 我猜的是b
第二題 我猜石油戰爭是短期的負面衝擊，所以SR AS會左移、 SR PC會右移
而 LR AS 和 LR PC都不會改變。所以答案是d
