以為回饋5千元,要求金管會調查並開罰;金管會銀行局今天表示,經調查後,共有5家銀
行有類似情況,已要求必須妥適處理,由於並非故意不當招攬,因此,尚未達開罰標準。
民進黨立委林楚茵本週一在立院財委會質詢指出,有部分銀行在其官網文宣指出,信用卡
綁定五倍券「回饋上限5000元」、「每戶最高回饋5000元」,讓民眾誤以為銀行額外回饋
5000元,但其實是政府回饋的 5000元;金管會主委黃天牧及銀行局長莊琇媛當場允諾,
將進行清查瞭解。
金管會銀行局副局長林志吉表示,經查,共有5家銀行出現此問題,已在 9月27日調整官
網有關數位五倍券的文宣,也特別說明是政府提供的5000元回饋;業者也向金管會說明,
「並不是為了提高數位綁定,而使用不當話術之意圖」。
林志吉指出,這5家銀行業者在官網說明,是直接引用經濟部的說法,但沒有明確指出主
體是政府或銀行,因此產生外界誤解;如有客訴,銀行也已逐一向客戶道歉及解釋。
此外,金管會今天也特別發函給各家銀行,除了要求業者必須妥適處理客訴案件,在相關
文宣發布及活動說明前,內部應落實相關審核,確認宣傳內容是否有疏漏或容易誤解情況

至於金管會是否開罰這5家銀行?林志吉表示,經調查及釐清事件緣由後,認為尚未達開
罰地步,但已經要求業者要妥適處理及改進。
