最後一則消息是新的IPO將在中國發行, Shen Hua集團(HK-1088),中國最大的能源公司
在市場上募集了665億人民幣的A股。而且最重要的是投資者只有2%就得到了IPO的股票。
請記住一件事,QFII 差不多在中國有100-200億美金的資金,其中大部分現在都為共同基
金。所以你自己可以計算一下有多少中國內部的錢想想加入IPO! 現在投資大中國還是
一個很好的時機喔。


什麼是IPO?
IPO (Initial Public Offerings) - 初次上市櫃, 是指企業透過證券交易所首次公開向投資者增發股票,以期募集用於企業發展資金的過程
。對應於一級市場，大部分公開發行股票由投資銀行集團承銷而進入市場，銀行按照一定的
折扣價從發行方購買到自己的賬戶，然後以約定的價格出售，公開發行的準備費用較高，
私募可以 某種程度上部分規避此類費用。
