2023上半年績效約 +1500萬 (+150%),從2017年開頭的100萬成長為2500萬
投資、投機 最大的變數就是運氣,我們能盡量避免的,只有在不如預期時不大傷

2017-2018 100W->200W
因為新技術的發展,新聞寫會讓公司起飛,但我知道公司完蛋了,歐印放空國碩 碩禾

只好自己的資遣費自己賺,人生第一次買賣股票就是歐硬放空,賺了70W
碩鑽材料的上市,也讓我這壞員工賣在上市第一天歷史高點,多賺25W
唯一靠實力不是靠運氣的階段,3年的產業經驗深蹲

2018-2020 200W->400W
最混亂的摸索期,但是因為在股版遇到一位longreen受他影響很深,存股為主
只是這位後來跑去開訂閱,後來就不知道怎樣了
台股 台積電、鴻海、日月光、各大金控、佳醫、鉅邁、興農、可寧衛等冷門股
美股 FAANG 可口可樂 麥當勞...
美中貿易戰剛好在放空前公司,離職了結部位,拿去存股全買在最低點,運氣超好
股票賺了錢,當然要買房,房版爬文時認識了IBIZA、ceca等大大
看似跟股票無關的決定,後來卻造成了關鍵影響
2020-2021 400W->300W(買房)->800W
被ceca論點說服,年初賣掉一半的台股,買了500W的中古屋,人生第一棟房子
(以現在的房價,這筆投資的報酬率也...)
無巧不巧,台股因此只有一半部位被武漢肺炎狙擊
美股delay了一個星期才崩,為了匯回台灣抄底,國際匯款的delay,閃過最大的一段崩跌
攤平了台股後,偶然看到IBIZA大大在股版也有出沒,分享SPG標的
認同疫情,百貨公司客戶們沒有錢租,收不到租金,導致沒獲利,但SPG是房東,只是沒獲利不是虧損,資產負債表健康
用股票質押硬擠了100多萬,以房子的頭期款為限,去投資了30多元的SPG,輸了頂多賣房
疫情可以封鎖3年以上就認了,人類滅亡,負債也不用還了
最終SPG賺了3倍,台股因為金控股,在Cmoney同學會看到了三陽王
那時候只覺得滿神的,金控的發展,他的命中率還滿高的,但同時期也很多金融達人好像很厲害
2021-2022 800W->1000W
說實在,沒有比少年水手好多少,沒搞懂升降息對股市的影響,還好持有的都牛皮股
直到崩盤了,才知道三陽王在喊撤的文含金量有多少
其他金融達人還在喊長期持有,越跌越買,雖然也沒錯,但程度就拉開了
至少知道升息時,要買的是銀行股,證券 壽險 放一邊
也就更好奇這樣的高手,推崇的三陽工業是一間什麼公司,不是老傳產嗎?

然後就重壓了一半財產上去,還質押賭了一把,我還年輕(誤)
在銀行股 & 三陽的逆襲下,當年度勉強保持不虧損,但知道是跟單靠別人

雖說感覺還是很少,人老了變貪心了,但也是時候進入下一個階段
減少單檔重壓比例,降低槓桿比例,開始求穩
記錄當下的操作想法,以後回頭檢視時,可以改進自己的操作
於是產出了這篇廢文心得

縱然很有自信後勢看好,槓桿還是先還掉,不求大富大貴

因為解質的關係,成本都亂掉了,只是證明一下不是幻想文

展望未來
基本上,因為操作資金大增,砍了一些三陽降槓桿+散在牛皮股,不再去追求極端報酬
穩穩的報酬,也可以超過可憐的薪水,唉~工作快10年只從3萬漲到5萬
會砍三陽主要是漲了三倍又破線,部位比例太恐怖,要杜絕任何掉回2000W以下的可能,它本業還是很好
總統大選+產業復甦的營收+AI效應發酵都在年底,應該到年底前,大盤都不會掉太多
目前規劃
大盤穩穩 -> 領息+等企業營運成長,大權值股也不會太差
大盤崩跌30% -> 重新質押槓桿
然後也會撥一部分獲利去嘗試像IBIZA、三陽王那樣解析公司,建立自己的主場
不再只是跟單存股,好好去研究公司的營運和夢想
目前先選了群聯、鈺齊KY去分析,都是2022因緣際會有賺的股
也跑了法說會 股東會 了解公司和法人的對答狀況
在PTT和方格子記錄想法與改進
群聯是去年6月重新入手,等NAND報價反彈,折價回沖要賣,不知道要等到什麼時候
老闆喊話不要聽,他真金白銀買了才是買點
訴訟的378,庫存爆炸的250、300
鈺齊今年3月重新入手,一路買一路攤平,目前績效鳥鳥的,略輸大盤
看重戶外運動長期成長,它也持續擴產,2022年營收高點是240億,受限產能
下次的景氣繁榮時刻,工廠產值可以達到300億以上
現在的鞋子都環保材質會自動崩解,戶外鞋使用環境嚴苛,使用或放倉庫,1~2年都會爛掉
循環速度會比電子快
