被動元件龍頭廠國巨（2327）董事會通過，擬辦理現金增資8,000萬股參與發行全球存託
憑證（GDR），估募資規模上看368億元，此為國巨睽違26年以來，二度遠征海外發行GDR
，雖然有助於提振士氣，但是國巨的股本將因此膨脹18％，EPS恐遭稀釋。
國巨預計2月26日將召開股東臨時會通過這項籌資計畫，在此之前，國巨還有將近4,000
張融券空單待回補，今日的股價將面臨多空激戰。
國巨預計在2月之後進行海外路演（Road Show），爭取國外投資人的認同，國巨此次是
以現金增資新股為標的，參與GDR的發行，若董事會通過的8,000萬股足額發行，國巨的股
本將從目前的42.9億元提升至50.9億元，約當股本膨脹18％，恐牽動外資法人以新股本重
新評價國巨的EPS。
