關於凱因斯的投機性需求 - 經濟

問題:why is Keynes's analysis of the speculative
demand for money important to his view that
velocity will undergo substantial fluctuations
and thus cannot be treated as constant

我的想法:
我認為 凱因斯認為社會大眾對投機動機的貨幣需求會是利率減函數時，
利率高時，保有的貨幣少，利率低時，保有的貨幣多。
這題是申論題，可是我不知道該再從哪邊加強，讓答案更完整欸。
