各位前輩好。
最近有陸續小筆賣出SCHB，每次5股，最近一次的通知信件內容如下

裡面多了一筆費用Exch Process Fee，$0.01
雖然不多，但我在7/26賣出1股的時候，並沒有這筆分用，10/15起就出現這筆費用。
不過也是從10/15我改成每次賣5股，不知道有沒有影響。

這費用不列在commision裡，而是獨立的項目。
信件對此費用的說明:
- Exch Process Fee: This fee offsets costs incurred by Schwab for the
exchange of securities - including those relating to assessments on
broker-dealers by an exchange or other SRO - for equity, option, or other
covered security sell transactions and option security buy transactions.
大意是交易的安全費
想請問這是否為新政策?是否能夠避免?雖然0.01鎂也很少就是了，謝謝閱讀
