大家好~
其實還沒有很認真在考慮購屋的問題,目前只能說「不排斥在花蓮買一間新成屋」。
今天收到大樹的信,說我符合一個首購房貸的優惠專案。給的條件如圖:

大樹算是我滿常往來的銀行,薪資戶和股票交割戶都是透過他,往來也有十多年了,
但我從來沒有向大樹詢問過任何房貸的問題啊。 想想可能也是銀行想辦法放款所以找上我吧?
我是有在花蓮看上一間新成屋,但還沒有認真思考購屋的問題,所以在房貸方便也完全沒研究。
請問一下大樹給的「額度3950萬/總費用年百分率1.31%」,這條件算是不錯嗎?
我有瞄到一些文說公股銀行房貸利率下殺1.1%,但是其他費用加一加的話,總費用年百分率似乎也差不多?
如果他這個條件算是很不錯的話,或許我會比較認真來考慮購屋的問題,畢竟現在也是難得的超低利環境。
