台也備受期待。除根據六都新任首長政見,來看未來房市潛力區
,房產業界也普遍認為,若政見能落實,對房市轉黑為紅深具信
心。高雄市民更因「韓流」風潮,看屋民眾大增,帶動建案成交
,直接出現房市利多。
雙北市長房市政見都以危老都更為優先,台灣房屋智庫發言人張
旭嵐分析,若台北西區改造成功,萬華、大同可望優先受惠。而
侯友宜主張推動的泰山、深坑輕軌和八里延伸線等,這些區域是
未來房市觀察重點。
選後周日來人量勝1周
桃園市連任市長鄭文燦強調加速航空城開發、亞洲矽谷計劃與大
桃園捷運發展,台灣房屋智庫經理江怡慧分析,受惠區域的房市
有機會趨暖。全國不動產中南部分公司執行長藍怡婷對於台中市
況則認為,「兩岸關係將緩解,新政將加速建構第2條捷運,預
估對買方購屋計劃有更明確方向。」至於台南市,藍怡婷認為,
