面板報價止跌回升之際,科技市調機構集邦科技(TrendForce)昨(8)日發布最新報告指
出,受惠於實質訂單需求回籠,面板廠產能利用率開始提升,本季先回到七成以上,下季挑
戰八成。業界研判,面板市況已進入價量齊揚階段,為友達(2409)、群創走出營運谷底吞
下定心丸。
集邦認為,電視面板需求回溫,加上報價持續走揚,電視面板價格可望在5、6月間回到面板
廠的現金成本之上,預估本季面板廠五代線(含)以上以面積計算的產能利用率將顯著揚升
,有望回升至77%。
集邦分析,面板廠自2022下半年起受景氣下滑影響,開始調降產能利用率至七成以下,以求
有效去化庫存,這波產能利用率顯著回升,主要來自實際的訂單需求。因此,第2季LCD市場
供需比在產能利用率回升下,應會維持健康水位,下半年面板廠仍需保持謹慎控管及快速反
應的策略,以維持市場平衡態勢。
集邦資深副總經理邱宇彬表示,全球面板廠產能利用率本季將突破七成,第3季則挑戰近八
成。除了反映市場對旺季需求的期待,也因面板漲價後利潤變好,業者基於營運需求,希望
透過更多生產彌補上半年虧損。
集邦認為,面板廠的電視面板庫存經歷半年以上的生產調節後,已回復到健康水位。今年第
1季隨大陸品牌廠提前啟動五一及618促銷檔期備貨,除帶動需求回溫,也推升電視面板報價
提前落底反彈,第2季價格上漲趨勢維持不變。
友達、群創均看好本季營運價量俱揚。友達董事長彭双浪認為今年營運將逐季走揚,下半年
將比上半年好很多。群創總經理楊柱祥認為,今年面板景氣可審慎樂觀看待,預期本季大尺
寸面板出貨量季增10%至13%,平均售價季增5%;中小尺寸面板出貨量季增約10%至13%。
