零存整付一個月 - 理財

由於昨天才開始大量閱讀關於存款問題
想知道如果我用零存整付存2w(只存一個月)
下一個月就可以把錢領出來嗎?

我看不太懂郵局的利息是第一個月0.870%嗎?

零存整付可以說拿出來就拿出來嗎??
