限價/市價/範圍市價 - 期貨

板上各位前輩好，想請教一個新手問題。
關於手機軟體下小台的範圍市價單，本來早上9：05左右想空在10230的點位，但成交價下滑太快，限價一直碰不到，就選了範圍市價，結果直接空在11115，哭爆QQ
本來以為範圍市價是會成交在市價附近，沒想到直接成交在市價-0.5%的下限，請問這種情況是常態嗎？
如果遇到指數快速波動的情況，用什麼方式下單比較好呢？
