問題:敘述消費者剩餘 何為真?


我的想法:

我的想法是選"以下三選項皆非"

"excess cash to spend after necessities have been taken care of"

"surplus of satisfaction which a customer may derive from a purchase"

"surplus of cunsumer savings during inflation"


但以上三選項我想知道他要意指的經濟涵義:
(所以搞不好沒經濟涵義 是老師亂掰的
我查些書和網路都找不到)
