我現在在國外唸商業管理
不過因為我以前沒有任何商學背景
所以現在面臨到一些寫作業上的難題

題目如下:

Discuss and argue the need for intervention in the SME (small and medium-
sized enterprise) arena by governments in support of economic development
policy. Why is it, or why is it not appropriate? Illustrate and consider
some examples of typical intervention.
