關於台北富邦客服對3D驗證的誇張說詞 - 信用卡

原文恕刪,看了原 po 的經驗分享後,剛剛也聯絡富邦客服詢問有關取消
3d 驗證的事,而整個過程真的完全就像照著劇本走的一樣,先是跟你說有動態密碼沒關
係兩者並存之類的說詞,再來在我堅持決定取消 3d 驗證註冊狀態後,又跟我說如果真的
取消之後在要求 3d 驗證的網站上消費時卡片將無法使用之類的話,這些完全跟眾多板友
分享的狀況如出一轍...。
不過在我的堅持下,還是要求客服把我的卡片完全回復為未註冊 3d 驗證的狀態就是
了,心想反正大不了遇到那些要求驗證的網站別用富邦卡消費就行,不然申請另一張卡再
把原卡剪掉也不失為一個好方法,但其實心裡依舊有幾個疑問...:
1. 按照客服的說法,要求將卡片取消註冊 3d 驗證也會連帶喪失日後在要求該驗證之網
站消費時使用動態密碼的權利,不知這是指卡片將無法在這些網站上消費,還是客服
恐嚇的說詞?因為再怎麼想,都覺得把 3d 驗證和動態密碼綁一起無法只選用後者非
常沒道理...。
2. 這樣的話,卡片在請客服完全取消註冊驗證後,是否就真的無法在要求驗證的網站
上消費,也無法要求僅使用動態密碼,亦即喪失網路消費交易的功能?若是這樣的話
,這銀行還真是只能用「奇怪耶!」三字來形容...。
以上是個人的經驗分享與相關疑問,希望可供大家參考同時能夠幫忙解惑,謝謝。
PS. 這邊補充一下剛剛再次聯絡客服詢問 OTP 事宜的結果(因為稍早已將卡片回復為
未註冊狀態,所以在要求驗證的網站上交易時只會出現要求註冊畫面而無 OTP 選項):
首先我將原本卡片解除 3D 驗證註冊狀態(亦即請客服完全刪除原有的 3D 驗證註冊
資料)後,在後來第二次聯絡不同客服時明確要求只選擇 OTP 而不使用和註冊 3D 驗證
固定密碼,而客服表示作此設定首先仍然需要註冊 3D 驗證並自行設定固定密碼,但隨後
客服會將持卡人設定的固定密碼整個重設,並以亂數產生的新固定密碼取而代之,而這個
亂數產生的新固定密碼包括持卡人與銀行雙方都不知道,往後在需要 3D 驗證的網站上消
費時就會出現固定密碼與 OTP 動態密碼兩個選項,而持卡人只要使用 OTP 密碼即可,且
無論在固定密碼選項中輸入什麼內容都無法生效。
隨後我提出了關於以上亂數產生的新固定密碼是否仍有被駭客竊取的問題,另外也問
及若發生盜刷等爭議持卡人是否仍必須百分百承擔責任?而客服的回答是說由於持卡人
原先設定的初始 3D 驗證固定密碼已由銀行客服方面重設為持卡人與銀行雙方都無所知悉
的亂數固定密碼,因此持卡人無需對於固定密碼遭側錄等盜刷行為承擔責任(因為已經不
是持卡人原先設定的固定密碼,且是由「銀行方」亂數設定的固定密碼,感覺像是種
權宜之計...)。
總歸來說,整件風波聽起來讓人覺得富邦是剛讓 OTP 動態密碼上路,但由於過於倉
促又涉及複雜的技術機制層面,所以不僅客服一問三不知或各說各話,持卡人更是被弄得
一頭霧水無所適從...但不管怎樣仍有待板上神人高手從中分析審視一下其中的問題就是
了~~。
