關於ETD的小細節詢問 - 理財

由於我在網路上和板上的文章查詢到大致都是說
ETD屬於次順位債（Subordinated Debt)清算價值的順位低於公司債。

那我想請問版上的大大們，我在TBB這檔AT&T發行的ETD的Prospectus裡面看到一句話如下
：
The Notes will be our senior unsecured obligations and will rank senior to any
of our future subordinated debt and rank equally in right of payment with all
of our existing and future unsubordinated debt.
大致上是說，這個債券是高級無擔保債券。
那請問一下，這樣清算的順位還是低於一般公司債嗎？
