之前我有辦過A銀行跟甲量販店的聯名卡
後來甲量販店跟A銀行的合約到期，轉成跟B銀行的聯名卡
我就想說我沒有再使用A銀行的信用卡了
沒想到今天才發現，原來A銀行在合約到期前
寄了一張通知書給我
如果不續辦A銀行的信用卡要回函註明
如果沒有回函的話，就要自動幫我轉成A銀行的另一張卡
不過我沒有收到那張通知書，也不知道有沒有收到A銀行所寄來的那張新卡
問題是我根本沒有意願要辦A銀行的卡呀
他的通知書也用平信寄出，根本無法確認我到底有沒有收到
怎麼可以用平信通知，然後我沒有回信就代表我願意辦卡的這個說法寄這張卡給我？
請問一下A銀行的這個動作是否合乎規定？
有沒有違反什麼法規？
